Some of the recent projects that I have done :

• Text Normalization using LSTM - Model that classifies words into different classes according to their semantic notation using long-short term memory.


• Image Colorization using GANs - Colorization of Monochromatic Images using conditionalGAN and fast.ai


• Area 742 - VR Survival game based on apocalyptic scenario caused as a result of climate change


• U-Net Segmentation - Image Segmentation performed with architecture designed and implemented based on U-Net


• CMPT 762 Mini-Projects - List of all the mini-projects like MNIST classification, Kaggle Tournament solution etc. done under Prof. Furukawa


• FFS - Flask based portal created for accessing files on desktop connected across same Wifi channels

Some experience that I have been part of :

• Graduate Research Assistant (MIAL) - Responsibility : Research and development of fall detection using human pose estimation, data collection and analysis.


• Front-End Developer - Responsibility : Usage of frameworks like Bootstrap & Materialize. Ugradation of the prototype to AngularJS.


• Website Developer Intern - Responsibility : Created an inventory system with basic framework. Wrote back-end logic based to improve responsiveness and speed using PHP.


• Graduate Teaching Assistant - Responsibility: Conducted lab sessions for 100+ students intake, Created questions/assignments for grading purpose and supervised academic projects providing guidance.

I'm always up for playing football and also any discussions related to it because I love that game! Apart from that, I occasionally try to better my photography and editing skills, try & cook new cuisine and watch travel documentaries(anthony bourdain is my favourite)

I'm open to collaboration for interesting projects/ideas. As of now, the idea that I'm thinking of is to create a sports analytics model for NHL(go canucks!) based on moneyball technqiue like the ones used by huge football clubs(Liverpool, RB Leipzig) and somehow apply it for ice-hockey teams using player attribute's database.
